Synopsis: Created for the Brattle Trailer Smackdown 2010, Labor Day is a fake trailer made for the competition. The [loose] story is about a non-union scab whose family is murdered out for revenge in an increasing amount of ridiculous “action” situations. The goal of the project was to make a trailer inspired by some of the mid-90s action movies that I grew up watching.
